Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage curtain purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached and have not been used, washed, or altered.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at question@tradermal.world or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns must be sent to our address at 547 Broad Ave, Palisades Park, NJ 07650.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom-made curtains are non-refundable unless they are defective or do not match the specifications agreed upon. Please review all custom order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
